Role Overview:

Super Rinse Industry Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance our brand presence. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

· Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results.

· Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.

· Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

· Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Role Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and/or Digital or related field.

· Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (majoring in marketing), or related field.
