The Company was born from the creative passion of their directors whose passion is to create homes for growing families, not just property for investors. This mission has led to the company setting its goal towards building high quality, yet affordable homes here in Penang for discerning owners.

Reflecting this ambition, The Company subscribes to the principle of enriching lives with a human touch where its primary concern is to build homes where families will choose to plant their roots and grow in a sense of community. To us, it is important to improve people’s lifestyle and well-being by providing an environment in which they can prosper. By building to a high standard with the use of quality materials we know that this goal can be achieved.

The Company was incorporated on 21st October 1994 and it’s originally started up as a construction company named HYK Enterprise Sdn Bhd. located at Bukit Mertajam, Penang. HYK Enterprise Sdn Bhd involved in several projects at Bukit Mertajam as main contractor and slowly the company evolves its business core into property developer known as Evergreen One Sdn Bhd. and Dellmax Cycles Sdn Bhd. 

The company owned subsidiary companies carry out various property development projects all over Kedah (Kulim) and Penang State (Balik Pulau, Bukit Mertajam, Bagan Ajam & Raja Uda). Company total Gross Development Value (GDV) since 1996 - 2014 is approximately RM 113.8million and its future GDV from 2015 – 2019 estimated to be more than 300million
