We are a small size development and construction company which concentrate more on residential property segment. We do our own construction and no dependance on any government contract.

 

The company started operating in 1998 as a consultant entity specializing on marketing and sales of secondary property market. We evolved to become a developer in 2002 with our maiden residential project at Sepang.

 

The group have two main offering, one as a residential developer and the other a construction entity. We have Class B with PKK and able to handle not more than RM10M in a single project.

 

In 2003 we achived our record revenue of RM1.5M. In 2004 our group revenue reached RM3M with a clean tract profit of RM1.2M. We target ourself to reach a leap growth in revenue for 2005 (RM5M), 2006 (RM10M) and 2007 (RM20M).
