VIVOCOM ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD.

Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd (VESB) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 21st June 2012 as a private limited company. VESB is principally involved in civil engineering and construction. Over the years, we have evolved to be a successful turnkey contractor.

VESB is a whole owned subsidiary of Neata Aluminium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Neata”). In January 2015, Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad, a listed company on Bursa Malaysia, acquired 35% of Neata and completed the acquisition of a further 43.6% in Neata in November 2015.

Since its inception, VESB has successfully completed several medium to large scale construction projects nationwide, amongst others, construction of hospitals, government administrative centers, airports, condominium and mixed developments.

VESB holds a Grade 7 License from the Construction Industry Development Board (‘CIDB”) of Malaysia, which allows the Group to tender for projects of unlimited values in the categories of building, and infrastructure works.
