Responsiibilities

Provide support during event setup, ensuring that all elements are properly arranged and organized.
Assist with on-site event management, including vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
Collaborate with the event team to address any unexpected issues and ensure a smooth event flow.
Assist with the coordination of event entertainment, performances, and technical requirements.
Assist with the management of part timers and staff, ensuring they are informed and well-prepared.
Assist the superior by performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree program related to Event Management, Hospitality, or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to Converse in Mandarin
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for event support.
Passion for the event industry and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Able to work on weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
