Responsibilities: -

Involve in the daily operation of the accounts department.
Maintain and handle accounts receivable & accounts payable function.
Prepare payment vouchers
Issue official receipt with proof payment
Responsible for accurate and timely month end closing for accounts, submission of management reports and variance analysis.
Able to submit claims and manage submission of report to superior on a timely basis.
Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial and Company documents.
To perform any other ad-hoc related jobs from time to time as assigned by superior.

Requirements: -

Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate (MS office & Excel)
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and propose effective daily task with all departments.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
Must willing to work in Cheng, Melaka.
Working Hours : Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
