Jake’s Organic Farm was set up with the vision of providing the freshest supply of organic poultry including chicken, duck, eggs & even vegetables straight from our farms to the doorstep of our clients. We always believe in healthy eating and with this in mind, we would like to create the freshest supply of produce to our clients with the least hassle of purchasing them while knowing that the produce are of high qualities.
