Yayasan Hijau Malaysia

The formation of Yayasan Hijau Malaysia (YHM) aims at promoting and educating youths on the importance of Green Technology and its benefits towards sustaining depleting resources and protecting the environment through strategically structured program and activities. Imparting knowledge at grassroot levels is essential to cultivate mind-set change and therefore implant an ethical and responsible lifestyle amongst Malaysians.

YHM undertakes the role as the main catalyst in promoting green practices and in the development of Green Technology applications which will propel Malaysia to a Fully Developed Nation status as envisaged in Vision 2020 and beyond.

YHM also plays a pivotal role in promoting and encouraging the participation of Corporate Entities, Communities and the general towards increasing green living practices in Malaysia through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative and sponsorships whilst creating awareness and call for actions on the importance of having a greener lifestyle. Through specifically targeted events, YHM spearheads the involvement of communities and the general public in promoting green living as a way of choice.
