YHS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is one of the maintenance contractor that specialist in air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) system. Our company has been established as a specialist engineering contracting company with its main activities in supplying, installing, testing and commissioning on air conditioning accessories.

 

Our current projects that we handle include maintaining ACMV system for prestigious mall nearby KL Sentral, high rise and Gred A office tower mostly occupied by tenants from overseas and several refurbishments jobs regarding air-conditioning system.

 

Most of the building that we maintain used high-efficiency water-cooled chillers, district cooling system by using heat exchanger, variable refrigerant floor (VRF) system, cooling towers, air-cooled package, building automation system (BAS) and various types of split units.
