Established in 2001, Young Jump Animation Sdn. Bhd. is a one-stop digital animation agency specialist is developing and producing 3D-animated material for feature films, television, advertising and multimedia. Our goal is be a market leader in Malaysia for world-class CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery).

We are the first studio in Malaysia to have our own Optical Motion Capture System, with a team trained and accredited by Vicon of the United Kingdom. With over five years experience and hundreds of capture hours logged in, we have established ourselves as the go-to guys for mocap works!

Our technology is backed by a talented and dedicated pool of animators with extensive experience in the creative industry. Each production is approached as a creative challege, using superior tools melded with skill and experience to produce cutting-edge CGI.

Having created and successfully marketed several of our own original animation series, we understand the market, and what audience look for. Our client list covers both local and International customers, and includes a number of high-profile international games developers.

Motion Capture (mocap) is a technique of digitally recording the movements of live actors for use in character animation. It is a powerful complement to traditional key-framing techniques.

Young Jump was quick to see the role that motion capture would play in character animation. We are the first studio in Malaysia to invest in its own in-house mocap system. We are also the first studio in Malaysia to motion capture a pony!

Young Jump has its own editing suite for doing colour-correction, compositing and editing. Our editors know how to tell a story, able to take footage and cut it or splice it to create good pacing and gripping storytelling.
