About Think Asia Airport Experience:

We currently have 4 airport venues, 3 at Melbourne Airport – Think Asia, Hawker Bar & Bubblz and a newly opened combined Hawker Bar/Bubblz venue at Adelaide Airport. Our menu is inspired by the vibrant hawker centers of Singapore & Malaysia, giving a variety of dishes across cuisines found in traditional hawker markets – both in a takeaway format and licensed sit-down restaurant.

In addition to the Think Asia Airport Experience, we also operate 2 Japanese takeaway businesses under the Sobo Brand and a newly established Italian restaurant called Cinque Terre Chadstone.
