Working in a Shell Station there is a lot of career advancement. Might start as a cleaner but might end up as a Manager. Have to work sincerely and honest. We work as a family and not formal. We deal a lot of customers daily which means a cleaner responsibilities are very important as cleanliness is very crucial in our daily routine.We would like a member of the company to be diligent and can work indepently and under minimal supervision.
