Zhonghe Fifth Construction (M) SDn. Bhd (***4112-A) is A wholly-owned subsidiary of China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “CNF”), as an important member of China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation Limited (Stock code **1611.SH) which is affiliated to China National Nuclear Corporation, is a large comprehensive construction enterprise focusing on nuclear projects, national defense projects, industrial and civil building installation works with four Class A licenses for general construction contracting and three Class A licenses for professional contracting. 

Founded in 1964, CNF has undertaken construction of China’s test base of A-bomb, H-bomb and nuclear-powered submarine. In 1970s, it was transformed from a military enterprise to a civilian one, undertaking 

the construction of Phase I, II, III & IV Projects of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. As the main force of nuclear power construction in China, CNF was the first enterprise that has gained the performance 

of the entire nuclear power plant construction and the only enterprise that has the experience of HPR1000 plant construction in China. Besides, it also has excellent performance and high reputation in such 

fields as petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, electronic medicine, non-standard parts production, hoisting and transportation, and has unique competitive advantages in the field of LNG engineering.
