ZhongYu Management Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 29th of May 2019, based in the Kampar with a professional service team, is dedicated to build an exclusive overseas study community for UTAR international students, providing a full range of living and off-campus services such as accommodation, catering, travel, communication, internship, employment, counselling and training for international students. As well as for the parents of overseas students to solve their worries on children's overseas study. The operation and management of the study-abroad living community is implemented and responsible by Zhongyu Group Management Office.

众毓管理服务有限公司成立于2019年5月29日,位于霹雳金宝，拥有专业的服务团队,秉承着“学生满意，家长放心”的服务理念，联手拉曼大学，马来西亚本地企业联盟以及马来西亚中资企业协会，进行了各项资源全面整合，打造出拉曼大学留学生专属服务社区，为留学生提供住宿、餐饮、出行、咨询、培训，实习、就业等全方面生活和校务服务。同时也为留学生家长解决子女留学后顾之忧。
