ZN ASSOCIATES formerly known as ZUREE NOOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT (ZNPC) with address No 4A, 1st Floor, Jalan Alfa C, U6/C, Pusat Perdagangan Subang Permai, *0150 Shah Alam, Selangor is a single unit, medium sized property consultant firm which was formed on 01st February 2006, focusing on and specializing in various types of real estate matters. 

 

At ZNPC, we practice a streamlined to cover only specialized areas.  This allows us to give individual and special attention to the needs of our clients.  We are the company serving the public at large and as public interest organization, we are able to handle most of the problems encountered for by the clients in this industry.

 

ZNPC is headed by a skill management team and supported by three departments, Technical, Administration and Financial Department. The company have employed the enormous endeavor members and together to achieve the company goal, objective and mission in one heart.

 

We are a registered and licenced property consultant certified by the Ministry of Finance and Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. The company is also registered with Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent Malaysia and Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA). We begin our initial operation in Subang Permai Business Centre, Shah Alam, just miles away from Guthrie Corridor Express, a suitable place which are easily accessible to by our clients in Klang Valley and other region.  By the country’s advanced network of highway, our office is literally, minutes away from Damansara Highway, the North South Highway and the Federal Highway.
