Requirements
QUALIFICATION &EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or its equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of full set account experience.
SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
- Basic knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- To coordinate all matters of account and administrative activities.
- Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiatives
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Computer literate
- Preferable with SST knowledge.
- Experience in SQL systems will be an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be self-motivating, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set account and administrative;
- Responsible for monthly and yearly closing process;
- Monitor on debtors and creditors aging and cash flow planning;
- Submit SST, audit and tax on time;
- Prepare Internal reconciliation, invoicing and utilities bills;
- To process transactions, online payment, issuing cheque (if required), and updating excel files;
- To ensure payments done in an organized and timely manner;
- Other monthly compliance filing and other various duties;
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Liaise with external parties including bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax agents and government authorities
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
