HALLMARK PORCELAIN SDN BHD (HMP), based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, is a leading manufacturer of customized hand formers, primarily for rubber glove production and other applications, catering to both local and international clientele. Established in 2005 under the Companies Act 1965, our mission at HMP is to deliver durable and high-quality formers at competitive prices. Our ceramic formers play a crucial role in producing Dipped Latex Products such as examination, surgical, industrial, and household gloves, as well as balloons and specialized medical items. Crafted from high-grade industrial ceramic raw materials, our formers are meticulously designed and manufactured by a team of skilled craftsmen and designers. In 2009, we relocated to our current 80,000 square feet factory to accommodate our production expansion plans, with an annual capacity increase of approximately 15% driven by consistent investments in plant machinery and product development. Presently, our workforce comprises around 180 to 200 production operators, enabling us to produce up to 150,000 units per month. With an eye on future demand, we aim to boost our capacity to 200,000 units by the end of 2023 to meet the rising needs of the rubber glove industry and streamline delivery times. Alongside serving local companies, we've experienced significant growth in export orders to countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China, demonstrating our commitment to both domestic and international markets.
