This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Associate at J HENG GBS SDN BHD. The Account Associate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The day-to-day tasks may include handling client inquiries, preparing financial reports, conducting account analyses, and assisting with account management.
The ideal candidate would be someone with extensive experience in leading and managing client relationships and internal agency teams (strategy, creative, data, operations and production) to ensure the highest-level performance and growth for digital campaigns. He/She should demonstrate knowledge of how consumers interact with digital channels and technology and plan the most effective way (paid, owned, earned digital touchpoints) to reach consumers. As the main client contact, He/She should be a trusted advisor and partner to the clients, and confident enough to lead discussions regarding broad areas of digital marketing - social media, digital marketing strategy, creative, UX, eDM, technology, operations and production, etc.
The ideal candidate should be a digital native, commercially inclined, organized, collaborative, with a confident and persuasive approach to facilitate client and internal team leadership.
