Job Description
To achieve sales target and assist Dept head in planning and monitoring business development activities
Follow-up on sales enquiries and sales proposal generation leading to sales closure
Maintain existing customers' account and develop new accounts
Gather market information on customer's activities, projects and sales forecasts
Cold-calling and customer visitation weekly report submission
Build and strengthen relationships with customer, prospects, partners and associations
Any other duties as assigned

Eye Clinic Responsibilities: Attend to public enquiries of services available Liaise with relevant departments to address patients’ feedback and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner Evaluate feedback forms and work with various stakeholders to identify potential service gaps and feedback that require intervention Ensure Feedback forms’ data are entered promptly and accurately into the database, and coordinate family conference where necessary Provide administrative support to the department, including minutes writing, preparing presentation materials, and collating and analysing of data Requirements: Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or customer service environment will be an added advantage Possess good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage complaints, enquiries and feedback Knowledge in statistics and data management would be an advantage Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly email an updated copy of your resume to: ***@talenttradersg.com EA License
