The candidate hands-on characterization work will encompass from low voltage I-V/C-V to high voltage breakdown, switching performances for SiC, and DC & high-frequency characterizations for RF/mmWave regime.

The candidate must have hands-on experienced in handling Keysight 4156C and B1500A/Keithley K4200 Device Analyzer, B1505A High Power Device Analyzer with N1265A UHC Fixture and Keysight 4284A/4285A and E4908A LCR Meter independently on their own.

It will be a plus if the candidate has knowledge of instrumentation control using LabView and some other software like Python, C++ etc . ...
