We are hiring for Human Resource and Admin Executive to work in our Kulai office.

The incumbent will be handling the task as follow:

Maintaining HR Database: Utilize HR software systems for efficient data management. Regularly update both hard and soft copies to ensure accuracy.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Streamline recruitment processes with tools like applicant tracking systems. Develop a comprehensive onboarding program to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture.
Performance Management Support: Offer guidance to both employees and managers to facilitate constructive performance dialogues. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Payroll Processing: Implement automated payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Double-check calculations and deductions before processing payments.
Vendor Management: Establish strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues promptly. Keep lines of communication open for smooth collaboration.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain a well-organized office environment by overseeing administrative duties such as maintenance, procurement, and asset management.
Pantry and Travel Management: Ensure the availability of pantry supplies to support employee well-being. Manage travel arrangements efficiently to minimize disruptions and expenses.

Requirement:

A diploma or degree in business, HR management, or related disciplines provides the foundational knowledge needed to understand HR principles and practices.
At least 1 year of HR administration experience indicates that the role involves handling various HR tasks and responsibilities, making it suitable for someone with a solid understanding of HR processes.
Having a solid understanding of labor laws and employee regulations is crucial for ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks in HR operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for managing HR databases, generating reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Being resourceful and organized are valuable traits in HR, where multitasking and problem-solving skills are often required to address various challenges efficiently.
