Job Description ;

Collaborate closely with team members to address HR operational issues.
Assist with any HR-related demands and needs, both internal and external.
In charge of the management and affairs of foreign workers.
Handle and keep track of employee days off, claims, and advances.
Handling the full spectrum of Foreign Worker Management including renewal of permits, insurance, and FOMEMA.
To oversee administrative duties of human resources, including equipment, accommodation, uniforms, insurance, booking flights, etc.
Organize and update HR files, keep employee files confidential, and update personnel records for current workers, including promotions and terminations.
Respond to often-asked concerns from potential workers and staff regarding hiring procedures, benefits, standard policies, grievances/complaints, etc.
Advertise employment opportunities on all relevant job sites to find applicants.

Help with new hire orientations and record-keeping.

Requirements ;

Diploma or Degree in a related field
Freshie allowed and willing to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail
Able to multi-task and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
