Responsibilities

Work with site managers to ensure to define and implement action items to drive employee engagement. Facilitate engagement projects/programs related as agreed to with business leaders.
Engage Site Managers/GM in understanding and owning priority areas of their respective people agenda.
Provide professional guidance and coaching to site managers/GMs.
Lead/participate in internal HR projects on site.
Provide tactical expertise, advice and guidance to site leaders on HR issues that impact site.
Develop, drive and implement “employee life cycle” processes e.g. on boarding to exit of employees
Proactively use outputs of performance management process to drive departmental development plans and talent management.
Work with managers to ensure that the principles of performance management are being implemented effectively, provide training and coaching as needed.
Ensure that effective operational HR support is provided in a timely manner to site employees and managers.

Requirements

Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Equivalent
At least 5 years of experiences in HR related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and BM).
