Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm

Job Description:

Supervise a comprehensive range of HR operations, including policy assessment, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits administration, staff engagement initiatives, contract management, government-related claims and surveys, work visa procedures, and employee welfare.
Design, execute recruitment plans to attract maintain top talent, handling entire hiring process from job advertisements and resume evaluations to interviews, candidate selection, and offer extensions.
Mediate workplace disputes, handle employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions and terminations.
Address employee relations issues, provide support, offer guidance on HR matters.
Gather evaluate market data for benchmarking, utilizing credible third-party remuneration studies to propose solutions for any identified gaps.
Manage annual appraisal process, including initiation, compilation of ratings and approval of salary increments and bonuses.
Handle administration of all salary-related payments, such as adjustments, bonuses, annual increases.
Generate accurate and timely management reports.
Negotiate the annual renewal of company insurance policies.
Conduct monthly payroll verifications
⁠Engage in negotiations with the Union for the renewal of the Collective Agreement.
Support company events and activities.
Manage all internal and external audits.

Job Requirement:

⁠Holder of degree or graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences
Over a decade of experience, at least 5 years managing team of 2-3 staffs
Knowledgeable of MOM regulations
Strong in coordination and project management
Able to commence within short notice
