Your role

To assist in providing support to the team on HR administrative functions.

What to expect?

Support HR team on daily operation
Assist in recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
Assist on HR Digitalization Project
You will provide information to the employees by answering questions and requests
You will need to assist and support on welcoming new employees and explaining working conditions & benefits
Assist in handling HRIS related matters & personal file management.
To support various HR initiatives i.e. employee engagement activities
Perform other related administrative tasks

Requirement

University diploma/degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Psychology or equivalent.
Attention to details and self-driven.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and willingness to learn new skills.
Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
