What Will Your Mission Be

Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms.
Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on insights.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Monitor, assess, and react to competitor strategies.
Operationally lead team accounts.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior specialists.
Help clients formulate digital marketing strategies.
Uncovering, understanding, and achieving client goals and business objectives through campaign customisation.Ensuring that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps.

Who Are We Looking For

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Internet-savvy and comfortable working with numbers & charts.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, strong customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Knowledge of web design and HTML is an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment.
Able to commute daily to the Mid Valley Office and provide support from home.
