Conduct product cuttings on key ingredients on quarterly basis to monitor the product quality and identify issues for corrective action/ continuous improvement.
Assist in preparation of product samples from alternative suppliers for testing/ evaluation to approve the product for contingency or as a secondary supplier.
Conduct internal supplier production and warehouse quarterly QA check to ensure the adherence to Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and food safety standards.

Visit site and do site audit work with ISDP , find the site quality/EHS issues and send daily report with issue photos. Follow up the site issues until the issue closed.

Can attend docket/site from Monday to Sunday, for Sunday, team will be on standby.
