As a Correctional Rehabilitation Specialist (CRS), the job responsibilities may include:
• Conduct offender assessment and formulate intervention plans.
• Plan, coordinate and delivery of direct rehabilitative interventions for offenders (group-based programmes if in incare, or counselling and casework if in the community).

Clinical Responsibilities:
1) Maintain consistent competency in area of expertise
2) Demonstrate professional accountability for all aspect of work ( e.g. assess, evaluate, plan and treat a variety of disabilities for optimal care)
3) Working out and implementing the individual care plan and treatment goals for the clients.
4) Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to review clients' progress with other team members.
5) Has interest in using suitable robotic aided technology to complement the treatment in rehabilitation
5) Supervising or training Therapy Assistants (TAs) and caregivers in relevant areas.
6) Providing clinical supervision for undergraduate OT students attached to our setting.
In addition, senior staff can be expected to take on leadership roles, drive improvements, service developments as well as supervise junior staff.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
Full Registration with AHPC.
