Key elements of this role include managing team/partner interactions, supporting change management of internal and external stakeholders, planning tech transfer readiness activities, drafting and reviewing tech transfer documents, providing onsite technical support at the alliance partner site and supporting all other technical and project management activities in localization tech transfer. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to alliance partner sites to effectively manage the partnership and support associated tech transfer activities, Travel to regional hubs and localization markets as needed. Up to 30% travel may be required depending on maturity of the relationship.

They should have a good command of written and spoken English, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in statistical analysis softwares (e.g., Python, R, SPSS), a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently and with attention to details, as well as the motivation to learn. Prior experience in conducting literature reviews and data analysis using Python is highly preferred. (Duration: 1 year, renewable subject to performance and availability of funding)
