Provide technical support to clients using our point of sales (POS) solutions, both hardware and software components
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients related to the functionality, installation, configuration, and usage of POS
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and diagnose their technical problems, offering timely and accurate solutions
Assist clients in the setup and installation of hardware components, such as cash registers, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of our point of sales systems
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken
Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues or bugs
Flexibility to be on standby outside regular business hours, as required
