Your responsibilities include developing, administering, and reviewing systems and e-services to support operational efficiency, drive customer service excellence, as well as facilitate the buying of new flats for the purposes of improving customer service and operation efficiency. You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions, as well as enhancing existing portal and systems, to support the implementation of new/ revised policies, digital initiatives and streamlined new flat processes and procedures. Your duties also include interacting with flat buyers and guiding them on their flat buying journey, particularly those who are not digitally savvy.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to flat applicants and residents of HDB flats. During then, you will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment, financial counselling, and assessment of re-housing benefits. Your duties will include the day-to-day interaction with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
