As an HR Generalist operating as an HR Manager, you will be managing a team of HR experts to take care of a few hundred headcounts, including blue-collar/foreign workers. The responsibilities you can expect from this role would be to manage all HR related affairs including recruitment, organisational development, performance management, payroll, change management and many more. With their direction focusing more on expansion as well, you will be expected to look into the talent acquisition process and optimise accordingly to be able to manage a large influx of hiring soon. On top of that, with the entire group looking to streamline their processes globally, you will also be working together with the regional team to streamline the processes and policies to ensure everything is up to company standard.
