To participate in the marketing of the Service Department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the dealership.
To participate in the achievement of Retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
To identify/find additional service work and report to the Service Manager in order to assist the department reach its financial targets.
Test Drives: Perform test drives to verify vehicle performance and diagnose any issues that may not be evident during inspections or diagnostics.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment and the delivery of high-quality automotive services.
Training and Development: Stay updated with advancements in automotive technology, participate in training programs, and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge.
Follow checklist to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and always used seat cover, steering cover and fender cover.
