As a critical internal support function, the Corporate IT team’s purpose is to ensure that all Tribal staff can continuously do their jobs effectively and productively, from an IT systems and services perspective. Corporate IT seeks to deeply engage with the wider business and drive effective IT solutions to business challenges. The team is formed of three sub-teams: IT Technical Services, User Services and Business Application Systems.
This role which reports into the Head of User Services is responsible for both resolving user support incidents and requests in accordance with an agreed priority matrix, Tribal’s OLA and 3rd party SLAs and secondarily, to contribute to IT projects as required. This role is a more technical role, with a requirement to contribute to the ownership, development and support of all Corporate IT systems including the Microsoft 365 tenant. Post holders will operate with a high degree of competence and professionalism. User Services are primarily responsible for technical 1st and 2nd line triage and event resolution to include service requests, incidents, tasks and changes, relating to all Corporate IT systems.
